Additionally, below is a list of FAQs for interested teams:

Q: Do we need to contact our school if we are planning to play in the Open Division?

A: NCRHA requires teams who are participating in the NCRHA Championship Division to contact their school and submit a School Acknowledgement Letter. If you are planning to play in the Open Division, the NCRHA strongly recommends that you contacting your school, (most likely Club Sports Director) to make sure they are ok with you participating, even if it is without using your school name. We would hate for any team to get in trouble and jeopardize future seasons by not being forthcoming with their school now.

Q: Am I able to choose which division we participate?

A: No, all schools who are able to participate in the NCRHA Championship Division (with school sanction) must compete in that division. The Open Division is for teams whose school has not sanctioned them for participation.

Q: Can we enter more than 1 team?

A: Absolutely! When you receive the registration email, there will be a question regarding the number of teams you'd like to enter. That way you won't have to complete the entire registration form twice.

Q: What is the eligibility (number of credits per quarter/semester) requirement?

A: The NCRHA has waived the 9 credit enrollment requirement. All players must satisfy the enrollment requirement of their school.  In the School Acknowledgement letter, the school should state how many credits their students need to take per quarter/semester to be eligible to participate.

Q: Are players who graduated in Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 eligible to participate?

A: Yes, as long as your school allows it. Please make sure they mention this in the School Acknowledgement Letter.

Q: When will games start and end?

A: Teams should be prepared to play first thing Friday June 4 through end of day Sunday June 6. Teams should travel Thursday and Monday.

Q: What are the host hotels?

A: The host hotel will be posted shortly. DON’T book yet because we will send you a link to use for booking. The block is large enough for all teams, we should have no issues.

Q: Are parents/fans allowed?

A: Yes they are! We will have more information on the mask policy for participants and fans, but we already know that fans are allowed.
