Teams should plan to travel in the day before their start date, travel out the day after the championship game, and be prepared to play at any time from 7am to midnight on any day within their block. DO NOT book any travel out on the same day as your championship game.

BIDS

Bids will be posted on www.ncrha.org on NCRHA Selection Monday, March 4, 2024, after 10:00pm Eastern.

Once bids are posted:

• Teams will receive an email from the NCRHA by Tuesday morning March 5.
• Teams must respond to accept or deny their bid by Wednesday March 6.
• Accept your bid by completing the following Google doc by Weds. March 6, 2024 at 11pm Eastern: https://forms.gle/aZ7o1y3HL4vcExXu9
• If your team is listed on the NCRHA website as receiving a bid and you do not have an email by Tuesday morning March 5, please email [email protected].

 

PAYMENT

To secure your bid to the National Championships, payment in the amount of $895 (discounted fee, for using hotel booking system above) must be received at the NCRHA office in Tennessee by Friday, March 15, 2024 (make checks payable to “National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association”).

Teams whose payment is not received by the deadline may lose their spot to an alternate team.

$100 per week will be assessed for any payments received after the deadline.

Payment must be in the form of money order, cashier's check, teller's check or check directly from the college or university.

Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

Purchase Orders from your university are accepted in order to hold your spot.

All payments are non-refundable.

Invoice 1: If staying in host hotel block

Invoice 2: If staying outside of host hotel block

As this event is stay-to-play, teams that stay outside of the hotel block will pay the full invoice for $1895. This invoice is available here.

This event is "stay to play." 

All team accommodations (hotel rooms) are to be booked within the host housing block provided by the CVB and the NCRHA.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

• All teams must complete an additional Player Enrollment Verification Form, sent to the NCRHA address in Arrington, TN, in order to be eligible for Nationals.
• This form must be dated March 1, 2024 or later.
• This form must be received by March 31, 2024.

• Have the registrar fax the form to (310) 347-4001 and then mail the original to the NCRHA address above. 
• All players should bring their school identification card and valid State ID such as driver's license to the event and be prepared to show ID at any time.

 

NCRHA AND USA ROLLER HOCKEY REGISTRATION

• All players and coaches must have their 2023-2024 USA Roller Hockey registrations paid for prior to the event. This includes any non-playing bench staff.

• The cost for USARH registration is $35 per player/coach, payable by credit card.
• The NCRHA will be checking team rosters against the USARH database, and will contact teams directly regarding missing registrations.

 

CAPTAINS/COACH’S MEETING INFORMATION 

The NCRHA will be holding MANDATORY captains'/coach's meetings for all divisions.
