Team Representatives and Players:
Note the dates below. These dates are approximate dates that may differ season to season, based on WCRHL or NCRHA event dates or NCRHA procedures.
June - July
- Divisional Application and Appeal Process
August
- August - Confirm your Intent to Participate - via email to League Director
September
- September 1 - New Team Deposits Due - $1000
- October 1 - League Fee Deposits Due - DI/DII/JC $2500, B Teams $2000 (New Teams Owe $1500 additional)
- October 15 (or 72 hours prior to your 1st event) - Waivers, Enrollment Verification, School Acknowledgement Letter Due
- Mid-Late October - WCRHL Season Opener/Kickoff Event - All Teams Participate
- December 1 - Remainder of League Fees Due
- Early-Mid January - 2nd Half Begins
- February 1 (or 72 hours prior to your 1st event) - 2nd Semester Enrollment Verification, Any New Player Paperwork Due
- 1st weekend in March - WCRHL Regional Championship Tournament
- 1st/2nd Monday in March - NCRHA Selection Monday - Bids issued to teams for National Championship
- Early-Mid April - National Collegiate Roller Hockey Championships
- May - Graduating Team Reps - Make sure to hand off your club to the new Team Rep, and notify WCRHL with the new Team Rep's info
- May - WCRHL Post-Season Survey Due
- Mid-May - Rule/Operations Change Proposals Due
- June 1 - Divisional Applications Due for Next Season
